RELIANCE ON HIGHER VALUES

       30 years is a long time to create the basis for the development and formation of a stable state. This time became a period of labor impulse and creation. What remains to be done to achieve prosperity and prosperity? This question must be answered by all of us, having risen to a higher level of development inherent in the concept that is embedded in the meaning of the phrase "new Uzbekistan".

       Time itself requires a quality approach to all life. Speaking about building a new Uzbekistan, we must lay a solid foundation by strengthening the economy, medicine, education and science, culture, and social policy.

       The resolution of the Head of State "On the preparation and holding at a high level of the celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" set tasks for the deputies, which we perceived as an integral program of action.

     The decree mentions organizational and practical, spiritual, educational and informational and educational activities under the motto "We live in a new Uzbekistan - a free and prosperous country!" The priority for us is to ensure the rule of law, rights and legitimate interests of citizens on the basis of the principle "Human interests are above all." This is also the establishment on a systematic basis of reporting by heads of law enforcement agencies to representative bodies and the public. We should add the wide development of the spheres of education, science, culture, art and literature, sports, as well as the study and widespread popularization of the rich scientific and spiritual heritage of our great ancestors, the development of the national idea in the framework of the implementation of long-term strategic tasks to create the foundation of a new era of development of Uzbekistan, in including increasing the role and authority of the state language, and others.

      World experience shows that the locomotives of progress are those states that rely on their values. In recent years, much attention has been paid to the revival of spirituality, the upbringing of a harmoniously developed generation. Fundamental reforms are underway in the education system, which should ensure a breakthrough in personnel policy, an intellectual boom and a technological rise in the country.     Confidence in the chosen path gives strength, confidence in the future, unites the people.

     The goals and objectives set out in the document impose great responsibility on us, representatives of the people. They will form the basis for a wide high-level celebration of the 30th anniversary of state independence.
