An anonymous message is worth consideration

On August 13, the Tashkent Plus telegram channel posted a critical video on the supply of drinking water in the village of Kokterak, Keles, Tashkent district.
It states that drinking water supplied to the rural population is generally unfit for human consumption.
Chairman of the Tashkent District Council of the Social Democratic Party "Adolat" Z.Nurjanov met with the head of the Tashkent district water supply department O.Norboev and conducted an on-site study.
As it turned out, about 30,000 residents of Kokterak, Halimkop, Uchchinor, Uchsada, Ma'rifat, Gulobod, Obodlik, Farovon and Keles mahallas located in Kokterak rural citizens' council of Keles city of Tashkent district are provided with drinking water four hours a day (6:00 am to 10:00 am) through the Sabir Rakhimov water distribution facility under the district water supply department, according to the schedule approved by local authorities.
The facility was built and put into service in 1989 and has a water basin with a capacity of 1,000 cubic meters.
Drinking water supplied to the population from water facilities belonging to the Tashkent Water Supply Department meets the requirements of Oz Dst 950: 2011, laboratory tests and the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Control show that it is constantly disinfected using dilute chlorine and sodium hypochlorite (calcium hypochlorite).

Therefore, this appeal is "anonymous".
Article 29 of the new Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On appeals of individuals and legal entities" stipulates that anonymous appeals are not considered.
Construction and repair works are underway to provide regular drinking water to the population of the region in accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 2818 of March 3, 2017 "On measures to implement the project of construction and reconstruction of drinking and sewage systems in cities and districts of Tashkent region."
