The "Reception of Adolat Party" under the Kokand City Council of the Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan "Adolat" has received complaints from the staff of the city infectious diseases hospital on Istiqlol Street and the regional tuberculosis dispensary No. 2. Both appeals stated that there was no pedestrian crossing on the street. As a result, the rapid movement of vehicles, and citizens crossing the road on any side, in turn, can cause a serious threat to the lives of pedestrians. On the basis of applications, the chairman of the council Azizhon Ahmadjanov appealed to the relevant organization and drew a pedestrian crossing on Istiqlol Street.
