At a meeting held by the head of state yesterday, I was shocked to hear that separate funds are allocated for each region to provide housing for girls who have lost their breadwinners and are in the care of single mothers. I imagined my mother, who had lost her husband with two young girls in her early thirties. After my father, I bowed to my humble mother, to whom my uncles built a dwelling by "hashar" - a collective activity for free, who raised their daughters in a dilapidated house, who could not even afford to send them to Tashkent to study, so that they could study well, and in the end they were both able to get higher education. My daughters, who were left without a father by fate, you no longer have the right to mourn, because we have hands that caress your head, we have a loving state.
