How appropriate is the use of force?

At the heart of the large-scale reforms being carried out in our country, first of all, are the interests of man, his rights and his freedoms. In this regard, our people consider the law enforcement agencies as a social structure that serves the interests of the people. However, on social networks it was reported that S.Dauletmuratova's brother B.Dauletmuratov was taken away by S.Baymuratov, a prophylactic inspector of the Takhiatash District Department of Internal Affairs.
Of course, everyone can have his/her opinion about this incident. However, when it comes to discipline, there is no doubt a natural question of who is right. It should be noted that according to Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Internal Affairs", torture, violence, other cruel or degrading treatment of citizens by law enforcement officers, intentional pain, physical or mental abuse torturous behavior is prohibited.
Unfortunately, he met an untimely end and his relatives and family underwent an ordeal. While discipline, respect for the law, is the key to peace, we hope that this issue will definitely be under strict control.
