Heads of Government of CIS member states to meet in Minsk

On May 28, Uzbekistan delegation led by Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov will attend the meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of Government, in Minsk.

According to the CIS Executive Committee, the heads of delegations will exchange views on the current issues of economic interaction within the CIS in a contracted format and determine the date and place of their next meeting.

At the meeting, the delegations will discuss measures to counter the spread of infectious diseases, issues of cooperation in sanitary protection of the territories of the CIS countries and in promoting employment of the population of the Commonwealth states.

It is also planned to sign documents regulating cooperation in the prevention and suppression of the use of false trademarks and geographical indications, prevention and control of FMD, as well as interaction in geodesy, cartography, cadastre and remote sensing of the Earth.

It is planned to approve the Concept of Cooperation of the State (Executive) Authorities Managing State Material Reserves in the CIS Member States for the period up to 2030 and an Action Plan for its implementation.

In addition, it is planned to sign decisions on the basic organization in operational and strategic training of officers of the Armed Forces and personnel appointments.
